1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of California who are 21  years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Pernod Ricard, its distributors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period

The sweepstakes begins at 8:00AM on 06/13/2025 and ends at 11:59PM on 06/13/2025. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, complete the form at www.jameson-sweepstakes.com. 

Alternate method of entry is to email perod@sourcedcraftcocktails.com. In order to be valid, entries must include full name, phone number and shipping address. Entries must be received between 8:00AM and 11:59PM on 06/13/2025. 

5. Prize(s)

One (1) winner will receive a Jameson Foosball Table (ARV: $450). Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at the sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about 06/20/205. Winner will be notified by email and must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If a selected winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

9. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Pernod Ricard and its affiliates, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

12. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Los Angeles, California.
